When I was a little girl, I suppose like many other little people back in the day, I couldn't tell the difference between a flower and a weed. I was always giving my mom what I considered a bouquet of flowers which was in reality a fist full of dandelions.

My mother would put them in water and before the day was over they would be drooped over and turning brown. As I grew I found that this little bright yellow flower was the enemy of all those adults that wanted to keep their lawns green and weed free. Well I'm all grown up now and to my surprise dandelions are a treasure after all. Dandelion root, greens, and or tea are all good sources for iron. One article stated that 80% of the population is iron deficient. So boost up that iron with a dandelion salad or a cup of tea. It is said to be one of the richest herbal sources of vitamin K. Its also a good source of minerals like potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, and magnesium.

This powerful weed detoxifies the liver, improves digestion and decreases bloating, is a strong blood purifier, balances blood sugar levels, and improves blood circulation.

It also helps with skin conditions and achy joints, bladder and kidney cleansing. Beginners to the Living Food Laws should really consider periodic detoxes from the many years of not eating the Most Highs way. Dandelion could be a great tool in your strategy for a higher level of Righteous Wellness. Do your research and customize your wellness journey.
